Well Halloween is now over & so Spicy Pumpkin Chutney making has gone into over drive!!!
Here I am in my kitchen surrounded with Pumpkins that have been turned into various batches of Spicy Pumpkin Chutney, this chutney is infused with Coriander & perfectly accompanies Curry & Meat Dishes, in total 200 jars were made from these pumpkins which was produced in 6 seperate batches & has now been potted and labelled, it is now maturing for a fuller flavour, before being sent out to stockists & customers.
