Baby Aylesbury Duck

Well hatching season is between Jan-Jul but we have one Baby breaking the mould & today have had a new addition to our Aylesbury duck clan, currently known as little Dude as wont know if we have a boy or girl duck for a couple of weeks.

Spicy Pumpkin Chutney in the Making!!

Well Halloween is now over & so Spicy Pumpkin Chutney making has gone into over drive!!!

Here I am in my kitchen surrounded with Pumpkins that have been turned into various batches of Spicy Pumpkin Chutney, this chutney is infused with Coriander & perfectly accompanies Curry & Meat Dishes, in total 200 jars were made from these pumpkins which was produced in 6 seperate batches & has now been potted and labelled, it is now maturing for a fuller flavour, before being sent out to stockists & customers.
